Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burnt out, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and teens (12+) in Burlington, Ontario and virtually across Ontario.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on helping you feel supported, understood, and more connected to yourself.

Areas I Support

People come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are navigating the impacts of trauma, some feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or life transitions, and some are looking for support during the teen years.

Below are some of the areas I commonly support in my practice.

Healing From Trauma

$150 per 50-minute session

Trauma can affect your sense of safety, trust, self-worth, and connection. Therapy can offer a space to begin understanding these patterns and working toward healing.

This may include:

  • Understanding how trauma may show up in your relationships and self-perception

  • Navigating triggers and emotional overwhelm

  • Building self-compassion and emotional resilience

  • Strengthening your connection with yourself and others

Support for Life’s Challenges

$150 per 50-minute session

You may be carrying stress, burnout, self-doubt, relationship strain, or unhelpful patterns. Therapy can offer a space to make sense of what’s going on and build clarity and self-trust.

This may include:

  • Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm

  • Building healthier coping tools and self-awareness

  • Improving self-esteem, confidence, and boundaries

  • Exploring values, identity, and life transitions

Support for Teens

$150 per 50-minute session

The teen years can bring a lot of emotional, social, and internal pressure. Therapy can offer a supportive space to feel understood, build coping tools, and strengthen self-trust.

This may include:

  • Building self-esteem and confidence

  • Navigating friendships, peer dynamics, and social stress

  • Building emotional regulation and coping skills

  • Processing school-related stress or overwhelm

Who I Work With

I work with adults and teens (12+) from a range of backgrounds and lived experiences.

As a 2SLGBTQIA+ allied and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to show up as you are.

Sessions are available in person in Burlington, Ontario, and virtually across Ontario.

You Don’t Have to Carry This Alone

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin, therapy can offer a place to slow things down and make sense of what you’re carrying.

The first step is a free 20-minute consultation where we can talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
